FAQ

Sound stops when I lock my iPhone. Check that Silent mode is off and the media volume is up. The van radio keeps playing in the background with the screen off.

I switched iPhones and lost my progress. Your save follows your iCloud account (Settings → your name → iCloud → SafePlace enabled). Relaunch the app once iCloud has synced.

I bought the Support Pack but it does not show up. In the app, open the laptop → Store → “Restore purchases”. The pack is tied to your Apple ID, not to the device.

Is SafePlace a treatment? No. It is a wind-down ritual before sleep. If your sleep problems or anxiety persist, talk to a health professional.
